How do I report inappropriate content?
Reporting Content
If you see a challenge submission or comment that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy, you can report it directly from the app. Reported content is reviewed by the event organizer, who can choose to approve or block it. Any reported content will be automatically blocked within 24 hours if left unreviewed, to help maintain a positive and safe environment for all players.
Report a Challenge Submission
Step 1: Find the Submission
Navigate to the event feed or the challenge you want to review. Find the submission you’d like to report.
Step 2: Open the Submission Menu
Tap the three dots (⋯) icon on the submission card to open the options menu.
Step 3: Select “Report”
From the menu, tap Report. The submission will be flagged for review by the event organizer.
Report a Comment
Step 1: Find the Comment
Open the comments section on any challenge submission.
Step 2: Long Press the Comment
Press and hold on the comment you’d like to report. A menu will appear with available actions.
Step 3: Select “Report”
Tap Report from the menu. The comment will be flagged for review by the event organizer.
What Happens After I Report?
- The reported content remains visible for at most 24 hours while it awaits review. After less than 24 hours other players will see a notice that the content is under review instead of the original content.
- The event organizer will review the report and decide whether to approve (restore) or block (permanently hide) the content.
- You will not be able to report the same content again once it has been reviewed.
INFO
Reporting is anonymous to other players — only the event organizer can see who submitted the report.
TIP
If you believe content requires urgent attention, contact your event organizer directly in addition to reporting it in the app.
